M&A Connects ChinaTM brought together leading U.S./China M&A experts and Chinese investors to review immediate U.S. investment opportunities and discuss the nuances of US deal-making. The event featured one-on-one meetings between Chinese and U.S. dealmakers; market reports featuring U.S. experts on key industry sectors including energy, telecom, technology, utilities, hospitality, real estate, media, consumer goods and services; and U.S. legal and regulatory orientation workshops. Mr. Sacks was the panelist for “The Best Practices of The Best Cross Border M&A Dealmakers” session.
