Business Practice
The Michigan attorneys in our Business Law Department have managed a broad range of complex transactions. Their practice includes general corporate and commercial matters (for both public and private companies), venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, asset securitization, securities law, capital markets, e-commerce, real estate, and international transactions.

Litigation
Our Detroit lawyers include litigators skilled in contract and commercial matters, the Uniform Commercial Code, bankruptcy and creditors' rights, appellate and class action matters, health law, toxic torts, public law, and securities issues. Intellectual property experience is a core strength in our law firm.
