Recognizing the need for IP representation in all types of industries and businesses, Foley has recruited attorneys experienced in fields ranging from biotechnology to nanotechnology.
We also represent clients on trademark and copyright matters, helping them secure exclusive rights in marketing tools such as trademarks and service marks, exploiting and enforcing such rights, and avoiding liability for infringing the IP rights of others.
This strong sense of community also drives our commitment to making a meaningful difference in Milwaukee by offering quality pro bono work, contributing to local charities, and partnering with area organizations. Most recently, the Milwaukee office teamed up with the Milwaukee Brewers for K's for a Cause, a community initiative to raise awareness and funds for Milwaukee charities. As part of this multi-year partnership, attorneys and staff in Foley's Milwaukee office pledge a dollar amount for each strikeout recorded by the Brewers. The Foley pledge is then matched by a significant pledge from a member of the Brewers pitching staff. In 2008, the initiative raised $135,000 for the Hunger Task Force.
