Alan R. Ouellette is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Ouellette was a judicial extern for the Sacramento Superior Court’s Law & Motion Department. His experience also includes positions as a research assistant and teaching assistant with U.C. Davis School of Law, as well as a research assistant for Central California Legal Services.
Mr. Ouellette is a graduate of the University of California, Davis School of Law (J.D. 2010), where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a recipient of the Academic Excellence Scholarship. He earned his bachelor’s degree in English, summa cum laude, from California State University, Fresno (B.A., 2006).
