Mr. Nisenbaum has experience in a variety of technology licensing, software development, cloud computing, acquisitions, and information technology and outsourcing transactions, including those involving electronic health records.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Nisenbaum worked as a corporate staff attorney where he advised a national software company operating in the real estate industry in all aspects of software related license, development, and professional transactions.
Mr. Nisenbaum earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law (2008), where he completed the business law specialization. He was a managing editor of the UCLA Law Review and participated in the school’s immigration clinic. Mr. Nisenbaum received his B.A. in economics and international studies from the University of California Los Angeles (2004).
