Alisha L. McCarthy is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP where she is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Construction Practices.
While in law school, Ms. McCarthy was a summer associate with Foley, where she assisted attorneys on commercial litigation and IP matters. She was also a summer law clerk in the Health and Long Term Care Team of the AARP Foundation Litigation Department, where she assisted with class action litigation and amicus filings in federal courts.
Ms. McCarthy earned her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center (J.D., 2011) where she was an executive articles editor for the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law and Policy. She received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University, with a major in biology (A.B., 2006).
Ms. McCarthy is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
