Benjamin D. Levin is of counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the Real Estate Practice. Mr. Levin represents businesses, municipalities, and individuals in all aspects of real estate related transactions, including sales, purchases, and financings. He has extensive experience in tax incremental finance, redevelopment, and eminent domain transactions.
Mr. Levin graduated from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 1990, and Amherst College, Phi Beta Kappa, in 1985. He has been Peer Review Rated as AV® Preeminent™, the highest performance rating in Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating system and is listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers (2005-06).
