      • Spent 2L summer and 3L year working with survivors of domestic violence as part of New York Legal Assistance Group’s family law department.
      • Joined Foley as an associate in the Litigation Department.
      • Began representation of a Florida death row inmate in his efforts to have his death sentence vacated; has filed petitions to the U.S. Supreme Court and motions before the Florida Circuit Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
      • Began representation of, along with other Foley attorneys, an individual from The Gambia who is seeking asylum in the U.S.

    A primary goal of our summer program is to provide you with an accurate picture of what to expect as a Foley associate. You will receive real-world, practical experience by attending court proceedings, depositions, hearings, negotiations, board meetings, and closings; participating in client meetings; drafting memoranda, briefs, and other documents; researching cutting edge legal issues, and much more.
