The United States Senate unanimously approved William Conley's appointment to the federal bench of the U.S. District Court for Wisconsin’s Western District. Mr. Conley is currently a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP in Madison, Wisconsin, where he has practiced for more than 25 years.
