Debra Lange is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP where she is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. Ms. Lange has experience handling litigation in U.S. District Courts as well as before the U.S. International Trade Commission. She focuses her practice on complex patent litigation in the electronics, automotive, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries.
Prior to joining Foley, Ms. Lange was an intern for the Honorable C.N. Clevert at the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin and a mediator in Milwaukee County courts. Prior to law school, she worked as a management consultant in the healthcare industry and an engineering consultant in the automotive and food and beverage industries.
Ms. Lange earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School (magna cum laude, 2007) where she was an editor for the Marquette Law Review. Ms. Lange is also a graduate of Northwestern University (M.S., industrial engineering & management sciences), where she received the National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship. Ms. Lange received her Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering, magna cum laude, from Marquette University.
Ms. Lange is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Illinois and Wisconsin and the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
