Represented a San Diego contractor on a $7 million dollar changed conditions claim involving complex liability and damage issues arising out of the development of a 700-acre residential development. The case involved dozens of witnesses and hundreds of trial exhibits introduced over the course of a six-week arbitration before a three judge panel. The case settled for a confidential sum.
