Assisted a multinational manufacturing company with a worldwide distributor network in the negotiation and structuring of a fronted captive insurance program to allow it to participate in the sales of insurance coverage to its distributor network. This included negotiation of all reinsurance, producer, claims handling and other agreements relative to the formation of the program. Additionally, Foley provided guidance regarding the ongoing compliance of the program with U.S. insurance and related regulation.
