Represented Wynnchurch Capital and its affiliate, USP Holdings, Inc. in the acquisition of United States Pipe and Foundry Company, LLC and Fast Fabricators, LLC (collectively U.S. Pipe) from Mueller Water Products, Inc. (NYSE: MWA). U.S. Pipe manufactures ductile iron pipe and fittings for drinking and wastewater infrastructure. This acquisition involved complicated restructuring as a result of the carve-out from a public company parent and also involved a complex debt and equity structure negotiated with several parties.
