Represented Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF), a multilateral development bank, as lender, in connection with a $35 million line of credit facility extended to Corporación Interamericana para el Financiamento de Infraestructura (CIFI), a multilateral financial institution providing structured financing and advisory services to infrastructure projects in Latin America and the Caribbean, as borrower.
