Obtained allowances for EnGeneIC Molecular Delivery Pty Ltd. in the United States, Europe, and Japan for patent claims critical to the client’s global effort to develop a paradigm-breaking technology for delivery of therapeutic molecules, including interfering RNAs. The technology in question, which could revolutionize the field of cancer treatment, was featured on the cover of NATURE BIOTECHNOLOGY. Foley worked with the principals to secure funding round, to establish operating presence in strategic international venues, and to interact effectively with the U.S. FDA in relation to planned clinical trials.
