Served as lead investigative counsel for a publicly traded manufacturer and as counsel for the company and audit committee in conjunction with an FCPA issue arising out of a former subsidiary’s business practices in China. We conducted the internal investigation, coordinated voluntary disclosure to the SEC and DOJ, and negotiated a resolution.
