DFW Airport Use and Lease Agreement

Represented the Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport Board in the restructuring of their rates and charges for air carriers operating at the airport. DFW reached a negotiated agreement with its carriers, the principal of which is American Airlines. The airport required sophisticated legal advice concerning compliance with federal regulatory requirements applicable to rates and charges that, in turn, required an in-depth understanding of the structure of the cost centers and revenue sources at the airport.
