Jillian P. Weinstein is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
Previously, Ms. Weinstein was a summer associate with Foley. Prior to joining Foley, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Barbara L. Major of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
Ms. Weinstein graduated with a B.A. in political science and a minor in music from the University of California, Davis (with honors, 2007). She received her J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law (2011) where she was an articles editor of the UC Davis Law Review and a civil procedure teaching assistant. Ms. Weinstein was also a recipient of the Academic Excellence Scholarship as well as the Witkin Awards in Legal Research & Writing, International Litigation & Arbitration, and Tax Policy & Distributive Justice.
