Julie Harding is office administrator for the Madison, Wisconsin office of Foley & Lardner LLP. She oversees and directs the office's finance and accounting, budgeting, and human resources functions, and is responsible for all aspects of facility operations. Ms. Harding also undertakes special projects and activities at the request of the office managing partner and the firm's chief operating officer.
Ms. Harding has over 25 years of experience as a key member of executive management and senior leadership teams. Prior to joining Foley, she was chief financial officer with a 74 partner law firm consisting of six offices in five states. In this position, she managed the financial risk, financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting. This included implementing and managing continuous financial internal control systems to monitor the performance of the firm, its adherence to the budget, its flow of funds, the control of expenditures, and other budgetary items.
Ms. Harding holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
