Kevin A. Reck is a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the Firm’s Bankruptcy & Business Reorganizations, Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Construction Practices. In that capacity, Mr. Reck represents a large number of banks and financial institutions in commercial foreclosure and secured creditor litigation. Those large institutions include, but are not limited to, Bank of America, Branch Banking and Trust Company, Fifth Third Bank and LNR in matters throughout the state of Florida.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Reck gained professional experience working as a Florida Supreme Court-certified legal intern for the Eighth Judicial Circuit public defender.
Mr. Reck was named to the 2010 Florida Super Lawyers – Rising Stars® list for his business litigation, banking and construction litigation work. In 2012, he was recognized by the Legal 500 for his work in construction.
Mr. Reck received his J.D., with high honors, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2001, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, he was honored with book awards in Family Law and Advanced Problems in Bankruptcy. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida (B.A., political science, cum laude).
