Foley Partner Kevin Schulz spoke in at the DePaul Sports Law Symposium 2012, "Money and Sports: Economic Realities of Being an Athlete." Schulz participated on the panel, "Economic Realities/Issues Professional Athletes Encounter" and discussed bankruptcy as a tool (or impediment) for the sale of a professional sports franchise and its implications for athletes.
