Christopher L. Griffin is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP and chair of the Litigation Department in the Tampa office. A member of the firm's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Appellate Practices, he conducts a broad practice in commercial litigation, focusing on trade secrets, non-compete agreements, interference with business relations, and other business torts; libel, slander and defamation; and real estate litigation. He is also a member of the Sports Industry Team.Mr. Griffin received his J.D., summa cum laude, in 1978 from Florida State University College of Law, and his B.A. in 1976, summa cum laude, from Florida State University. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County and American Bar Associations.
