Jennifer L. (Jen) Neumann
Senior Counsel
Jennifer Neumann is senior counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP, and is a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Practice and Automotive Industry Team.Ms. Neumann has experience handling class actions, non-competition and trade secrets matters, and employment-related litigation and labor law. She also handles matters before the EEOC and MDCR; and advises corporate clients regarding employment law compliance, reductions in force, and employment policies. In addition, Ms. Neumann is actively involved in Foley's recruiting efforts, having previously served as the summer program coordinator. Ms. Neumann earned her law degree from the Washington University School of Law (J.D., with honors, 2002), where she was executive editor of the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy and a member of Phi Alpha Delta and Women's Law Caucus. She earned her bachelor's degree in physical anthropology from the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A., 1999).
