Manfred A. (Manny) Perera

Manfred Perera is an associate at Foley & Lardner, and a member of the Information Technology & Outsourcing and Privacy, Security & Information Management Practices.Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Perera held a management position with a large multi-national consulting and outsourcing firm, where he specialized in project management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Supply Chain implementation projects for clients in the high technology, media, and entertainment markets. Mr. Perera received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (J.D., 2007), where he was note editor and executive board member of the Hastings Business Law Journal. During law school, Mr. Perera served a judicial externship with Hon. Patrick J. Walsh, Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court, Central District of California. Additionally, Mr. Perera was a member of the Hastings' Negotiation Team that placed second in the International Chamber of Commerce's Mediation Competition held in Paris, France. Mr. Perera was also a recipient of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law Scholarship. Mr. Perera received his Bachelor of Science in business administration, with an emphasis on finance, real estate, and law from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he was president of the Latino Business Students' Association and vice president of the Business Senate. Mr. Perera is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Perera is admitted to practice in California.
