Mr. Weinzierl has assisted clients in a broad array of intellectual property matters. He has experience in cases alleging patent and copyright infringement, unfair competition, false advertising and breach of technology license. His practice also includes product reviews and counseling on trademark procurement and enforcement.

Mr. Weinzierl has litigated cases in a variety of industries, including the automotive, consumer products, financial, health care and retail industries and in a variety of technologies, including engine, software, and telecommunications.

Mr. Weinzierl received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the American University, Washington College of Law (J.D., 2007), where he was a member of the American University Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, with honors, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was a member of the Pi Tau Sigma and Tau Beta Pi honor societies.

Mr. Weinzierl is admitted to practice in Illinois, before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
