Randolph J. Wolfe is the managing partner of the Tampa office of Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Taxation, Estates & Trusts and International Practices. He focuses his practice on corporate, estate planning, international, and taxation matters. He represents and counsels many types of clients in mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, asset and stock sales, and general corporate law matters. Mr. Wolfe is a Florida civil law (international) notary.
Mr. Wolfe received his J.D. in 1989 and B.A. in 1985 from the University of Virginia. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
