Thomas Cargill is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP where he handles commercial litigation, general civil litigation, and general sports law matters. He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice and the Sports Industry Team.
Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Cargill practiced commercial and general litigation at Latham, Shuker, Eden & Beaudine, LLP. After law school and before returning to Central Florida, he practiced high asset domestic litigation at Warner, Mayoue, Bates & McGough in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. Cargill received his law degree from Emory University School of Law (J.D., 2005) and his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida (B.S., 2002).
He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, State Bar of Georgia, Florida Citrus Sports, and the Sports Lawyers Association.
Mr. Cargill is admitted to practice in Florida, Georgia, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
