Todd C. Norbitz is a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Construction Practices. Mr. Norbitz is also a member of the firm’s National Pro Bono Committee as well as the chair of the New York office Pro Bono Committee. He is a member of the Litigation Department Training Committee, and the Electronic Discovery Committee.
Mr. Norbitz was a partner at Friedman, Wang & Bleiberg, P.C. before the firm joined Foley & Lardner in July 2004.
Mr. Norbitz previously served as assistant to U.S. Senator George McGovern (1978-1979), and as a producer for NBC News (1979-1986).
Mr. Norbitz received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law (1990), and his B.A. from Clark University (1977).
Mr. Norbitz has lectured on litigation issues for the Practicing Law Institute, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Mr. Norbitz is admitted to the New York Bar; the U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and the District of Columbia. He is a member of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
