Chris Rabil is senior counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP. His practice is focused on retail, commercial and multi-family acquisition, development, leasing and finance. Mr. Rabil has experience in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including the acquisition and disposition of multi-asset portfolios, multi-family properties, timberland, retail shopping centers, medical office buildings, and commercial buildings. He is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Transactional & Securities Practices.
In 2010, Mr. Rabil was named a Florida Trend Legal Elite "Up and Comer."
Mr. Rabil co-authored the article, "Delaware Supreme Court Upholds New NOL Pill," published in Delaware Corporate, a Westlaw Journal/Thomson Reuters (October 18, 2010).
Mr. Rabil earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law (high honors, 2004), where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He also holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Florida. He was valedictorian of his class in graduate school, and received highest honors in his undergraduate career.
Mr. Rabil is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, the Urban Land Institute and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
