Lacktman Quoted on Growing Use of Telemedicine to Prescribe Medications

Partner Nate Lacktman was quoted in a Modern Healthcare article, “States expand telemedicine to allow prescribing of controlled substances,” about Connecticut becoming the eighth state to enact a law allowing providers to prescribe controlled substances via telemedicine.

Lacktman said states are beginning to recognize that telemedicine is a clinically meaningful part of taking care of patients. “The landscape has changed significantly over the last two years,” he said.
