Foley Partner Dick Stoll spoke at the Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Association Spring Policy Forum meeting on May 23, 2013 at the University Club of Washington. Mr. Stoll’s topic focused on the RCRA Non-Hazardous Secondary Material Rule.
