Education Mr. Perez earned his degree at The Florida State University College of Law (J.D., 2017), where he was in the top 20 percent of the class and a member of the Law Review, Journal of Land Use & Environmental Law, and Journal of Transnational Law & Policy. During this time he also founded and became the president of the Intellectual Property Law Society and was an active member of the mock trial team. Mr. Perez earned his undergraduate degree in civil and environmental engineering also from The Florida State University (B.S., 2013), where he received the Top University Freshman Scholarship Award, was named to the Dean’s List, and was president of the Chi Phi Fraternity. Additionally, he served as a member of the executive board of Dance Marathon at Florida State University, a non-profit organization that raised over $700,000 benefitting the Children’s Miracle Network.
