His experience includes various stages of U.S. district court litigations and International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 337 investigations. Technologies Mr. Roush has litigated include video display, computer software, narcotics and explosives detection, semiconductor materials, mobile phones, and hybrid automobiles. He is a member of the firm’s IP Litigation Practice. Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Roush was an associate at Kenyon & Kenyon LLP in New York. While there, he wrote and edited sections of the 2010 and 2011 editions of the firm’s ITC treatise entitled Unfair Competition and the ITC. Mr. Roush also gained experience as a law clerk at Stein Sperling Bennett De Jong & Driscoll PC and the Office of the Public Defender of Maryland. Education Mr. Roush is a graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School (J.D., 2009) where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and Mock Trial Society. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh (B.S., cum laude, 2006) where he majored in mechanical engineering.
