Overview Experience Events Intelligence Connor A. Sabatino Senior Counsel csabatino foley.com Download vCard Connor Sabatino is senior counsel and a litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Sabatino has been the lead litigator in bench trials before federal courts in both Wisconsin and Colorado, and worked on jury trials in large, complex litigation matters. He focuses his business litigation practice on distribution and franchise law, including litigation and counseling in connection with dealer terminations, compliance with state and federal dealer protection statutes, and automobile dealer/manufacturer relationships. He has extensive experience counseling clients outside the typical passenger motor vehicle context that are subject to motor vehicle dealer laws and similar dealer protection rules and regulations. His work involves assisting clients with legislative and agency rulemaking solutions to the complex problems faced by manufacturers and distributors working toward consolidation, vertical integration, direct sales or a stronger internet presence. Mr. Sabatino’s experience also includes general business litigation; patent litigation; and collections law, with an emphasis on Wisconsin collections, garnishments, and other matters impacting judgment debtors and judgment creditors. Mr. Sabatino is a member of the firm’s Distribution & Franchise, Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution, eDiscovery & Data Management, IP Litigation, Labor & Employment, and Privacy, Security & Information Management Practices. Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Sabatino served as an intern to Justice Ann Walsh Bradley of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and spent three years working in the Wisconsin State Assembly before entering law school. Education Mr. Sabatino received his law degree (J.D., cum laude, 2009) and his undergraduate degree (B.A., 2003) from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. While studying law, he competed extensively on the University of Wisconsin’s Mock Trial team and was the first-ever first year law student to participate in competition on behalf of the law school. Admissions Mr. Sabatino is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, and the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Wisconsin and the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
