This program will examine the Stop Counterfeiting in Manufactured Goods Act, what it is designed to achieve, and its important provisions that every lawyer should know. Expert panelists will examine the growing problem of counterfeit products manufactured internationally and sold locally, cutting edge legal and technical tools to stop it, and whether you should and how best to get the government involved. Mexican January 2026 Tariff Tsunami: Maquilas Aren’t Immune
On January 1, 2026, Mexico will increase its general import tariff rate (known as the most favored nation (MFN) rate).
