Foley Partner Judith A. Waltz will be speaking at the American Bar Association Health Law Section live Web conference on November 17, 2011.
Ms. Waltz will be speaking along with Roderick Chen of MedStar Health, Inc. and Stephanie A. Webster of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP on “Fundamentals of Medicare/Medicaid.”
This program will address the basic structure, payment methodologies, and coverage of the Medicare and Medicaid programs. The concepts addressed in this course are critical to efficiently researching issues and advising health care clients on legal compliance with program requirements.
