Partners Robert J. Heinrich and Jeffrey Atkin presented “What Solar Companies Need to Know” at the Infocast Solar Power Finance & Investment Summit 2013 on March 18, 2013. Mr. Heinrich discussed the prospects for solar securitization, walked through the process of doing a securitization transaction and provided practical tips for first-time issuers to ensure a successful securitization.
