Blau Quoted on Health Care Technology Firm's Business Model

Partner Michael Blau was quoted in a National Law Journal profile of athenahealth, Inc., a health care technology firm, on July 21, 2014. Blau said athenahealth’s business model and technologies provide its legal department with compliance challenges on a regular basis. He was quoted saying, “They’re trying to maneuver around very new concepts and figure out how that should work in a more traditional framework of a compliance program.”
