Davis Quoted on Women's Retailer Liquidation

Partner Gardner Davis was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article, “Body Central Liquidating in Florida State Proceeding,” on January 9, 2015. The article discussed the closing of a Jacksonville, Fla.-based women’s retailer, Body Central. Davis, who acted as Body Central’s bankruptcy lawyer, said the company was hoping to restructure through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceeding, but switched course to a liquidation when the financing didn’t materialize.
