Foley vertritt Rockwell Automation im Joint Venture Sensia mit Schlumberger
Foley & Lardner fungierte als Hauptrechtsberater von Rockwell Automation (NYSE:ROK) bei der Gründung seines globalen Joint Ventures mit Schlumberger (NYSE:SLB). Das Joint Venture mit dem Namen Sensia nahm am 1. Oktober 2019 seinen Betrieb auf.
Sensia is the world’s first fully integrated digital oilfield automation solutions provider, with over 1,000 team members serving customers in over 80 countries. It operates as an independent entity, with Rockwell, the world’s largest industrial automation and information company, owning 53% and Schlumberger, the world’s leading provider of technology for reservoir characterization, drilling, production and processing to the oil and gas industry, owning 47%.
