Jim Lundy’s Move to Foley Featured in Legal and Regional Press

Recent lateral hire Jim Lundy was featured in legal and regional press, including in a Law360 article titled “Foley Adds 11-Year SEC Vet to Securities Team in Chicago,” and Politico’s “Illinois Playbook”.

Lundy noted that during his time working at the SEC’s Chicago office, he “became familiar with Foley and [its] attorneys when they were opposite me, and always had a great deal of respect for how they advocated for their clients.”
