Foley & Lardner LLP fungierte als Rechtsberater für FloWorks International, einen führenden Spezialhändler für wichtige Durchflussregelungsprodukte und ein Portfoliounternehmen von Wynnchurch Capital, bei der Übernahme von Applied Controls LLC und AC Systems Integration LLC (zusammen „Applied Controls“).

Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Applied Controls provides industrial process controls and analyzer systems, serving a diverse customer base across industrial end markets. The company designs and delivers innovative process control solutions tailored to meet the needs of demanding customer applications.

The acquisition of Applied Controls expands FloWorks’ product portfolio to include process controls, heat trace, and analyzer systems, enhancing the technical solutions available to its customers.

This transaction marks the fourth acquisition by FloWorks supported by the Foley team within the past year.
