Grecia Rivas works in our Business Law Department and is a member of the Transactions Practice Group. Her practice focuses on representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and general corporate governance matters. Grecia began her career at Foley as a summer associate and now works with clients across industries to navigate complex business transactions with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.
