Miguel Bombach verhandelt und prozessiert in Patentfällen vor Bundesgerichten und vor dem Patent Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB). Miguel has vast experience in electrical engineering and computer science. Prior to law school, he worked as an electrical engineer on radar control systems. As a lawyer, he has litigated more than 100 cases in numerous technical fields, including LED lighting, power converters, memories, semiconductor devices, wireless data transmission systems (OFDM), and other computer science-related fields. He has experience in patent prosecution on OFDM and LED systems and large portfolio analysis for the purposes of acquisitions, licensing, and assertion.
Miguel also has experience in the gaming field, representing numerous gaming clients in the intellectual property space. Prior to college, Miguel was a sponsored esports gamer in Seoul, South Korea, where he appeared on leagues televised on network and cable television.
