Heather Lee is a litigation associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm's Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice and also a member of the firm’s Pro Bono Racial Justice and Equity Practice Group.
Heather focuses her practice on defending clients facing a broad range of criminal charges, government investigations, or regulatory enforcement actions. She also represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters.
Previously, Heather was a summer associate with Foley, providing support in the area of litigation.
Prior to joining Foley, Heather spent her final year of law school working with Harvard Law School’s Criminal Justice Institute, where she represented indigent defendants across Suffolk County courts.
