The benefits made available to you are a significant part of your total Foley compensation package. For many benefits, the firm picks up 100 percent of the cost; for others, the cost is shared. There also are voluntary benefits where being a member of Foley gives you access and discounts to options you may not be able to get on your own.

Our benefit program is specifically designed on the premise that your needs are unique and, as such, you have the flexibility to choose from multiple available options to meet your individual requirements. All enrollment and access to your personalized benefits information is done online, and is available whenever, wherever you are.

Medical, 401(k) retirement, dental, vision, disability, life, long-term care, adoption assistance, and backup care for dependents is just the start of a long list of benefits enjoyed by Foley firm members.

More detailed information is provided to final candidates prior to or with an offer of employment.
