Foley partners Andrew Rawlins and David Rosen are pleased to participate in the REEDFAX teleconference titled, “Medical Devices: Navigating Intellectual Property & FDA Roadblocks,” being held on September 27 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EDT. Bringing a medical device to market requires a complex interplay of protecting intellectual property while still complying with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations. Mr. Rawlins, leader of the Medical Device team, will be presenting on the intellectual property perspective, while Mr. Rosen, co-chair of the Life Sciences Industry Team, will be address the FDA point-of-view.
