Foley attorneys Brett H. Ludwig and Maksim (Max) B. Chester  will present at the New Appleman's Insurance Coverage Teleconference, "Reinsurance Arbitration & Terrorism Insurance," on April 9, 2008. They will be joined by Jeffrey Thomas, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Professor of Law at the University of Missouri and President of the Asia Pacific Risk and Insurance Association.

The teleconference will provide the answers to Reinsurance Arbitration and Terrorism Insurance, two controversial and unresolved insurance issues. Below are the following topics that will be discussed:
