Foley is pleased to invite you to a roundtable discussion addressing the complex challenges and opportunities that arise when doing business in China. Topics for discussion include strategic considerations when doing business in China’s ever-evolving markets, an update on new regulatory issues, mergers and acquisitions, tax and employment considerations, and private equity and venture capital opportunities.

This interactive session will be moderated by Ken Duck, Foley Senior Counsel and member of the firm’s China Practice and Automotive Industry Team; Linda Ji, Foley Associate and member of the firm's International, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Transactional & Securities, and Commercial Transactions & Business Counseling Practices; and Julie Lee, Foley Partner and member of the firm’s China and Tax & Employee Benefits Practices. The three moderators have extensive and broad experience representing clients in cross-border transactions. Jack Daniels, President of Eastbridge Partners, will join the roundtable as a guest panelist. Foley also has invited several locally-based contacts to participate in the discussion.
