This seminar will provide the latest updates on federal legislation and federal and state efforts to foster wind and solar generation, consider how investors and developers evaluate such projects, discuss the nuts and bolts of developing a successful wind or solar project, including a strategy for obtaining necessary state and local approvals, and address important issues such as the impacts of renewable power generation on grid operations and transmission systems.
